Urge Your Rep. to Pass Bills Without Rape Exceptions

Tomorrow the Louisiana House of Representatives will vote on two life-saving bills that protect unborn babies from abortion, and we need YOUR HELP to ensure both bills make final passage through the Legislature!

Senate Bill 342 by Sen. Katrina Jackson ensures that when Roe v. Wade is overturned every baby in Louisiana is protected under law in criminal law. Senate Bill 388 by Sen. Sharon Hewitt provides criminal penalties for the illegal sale of dangerous abortion drugs online or through the mail.

These are the most important bills during the 2022 legislative session. We need your help to pass them without exceptions in cases of rape and incest. 

Rape and incest are terrible crimes, and we believe those who perpetrate such crimes should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We can’t, however, allow children to be killed for the crimes of their fathers. Additionally, the trauma of abortion only furthers the pain of victims.
