🦋 RETREAT, REFRESH, RENEW 2023
DASA's Teachers' Training
May 13, 2023

Hello DASA family of instructors,

DASA Teachers' Training is just days away! Please find the schedule on the link below.

Prepare to make this year's training a special experience; plan healthy organic snacks and meals for energy, and remember to hydrate throughout the day. Also have relaxing music ready for wellness breaks. And don't worry, meditation breaks and visualizations are planned in the schedule. :)

We've each experienced our own unique challenges in this past year. This 'retreat' training will offer time to rejuvenate and reflect, as we 💦 refresh our skills with renewed optimism.💫

Unlike past years, this will be a spiritual DASA retreat. We're keeping it simple. Join to celebrate our accomplishments and discuss what could be next.

I encourage you to journal during this retreat weekend, and to be self-reflective.

Here's the list of what to bring:
Flowers to honor our Beloved Teacher, Adeshanandaji
Bring your travel mug and water bottle
Journal / notebook / pen
Healthy snacks and lunch
Your DASA Handbook

Audiobook: Why Meditate? Because it Works. We will resume listening by audio beginning on page 141 to the completion on the audiobook.

It's that easy. :)

Please note, the focus is to make this more retreat-like, so will not be using a virtual classroom this year. Attendance in person is highly encouraged. If that's not possible, follow the schedule below. Your feedback will be welcomed after the training.
Reminder: Friday, May 19
