"As we celebrate a month of "thanks" to those around us, I would like to shout out five amazing women who exemplify what it means to embody the Divaris vision, mission, and culture. Each individual brings their own unique style and flare to the overall picture of the Divaris Way!
Cindy Scully is a wonderful Accountant and Treasury Specialist in our Virginia Beach office. Not only does she strive to help everyone around her solve financial problems, but she also utilizes her wealth of knowledge to create a better solution to the end result. I am truly impressed by her understanding and care of those around her.
Karen Potter is a stellar Senior Property Manager in our Virginia Beach and Hampton office. Her attitude and wealth of knowledge goes far beyond the traditional textbook of what it takes to succeed. Her drive and passion shines bright as her smile can light up a room. She treats those around her and her properties as if they were her own and everyone around her benefits from it.
Amy Campbell is the best Culture and Internal Communications Specialist a company could ask for. She is a self-starter who continues to look at ways Divaris can grow through diversity and societal efforts. She has so much compassion and empathy for those around her. Her mindset of treating others the way you want to be treated goes far beyond the workplace and her dedication to a company of culture does not go unnoticed.
Jessica Hillary is a model Lease Analyst at our Virginia Beach office. She brings a level of consistency and appreciation to her portfolio as she works extremely hard with those around her on budgets and other items property management might throw her way. She always stays cool, calm, and collected as she navigates all tasks in her area of expertise.
Taylor Williams is an incredible Commercial Property Administrator in our Richmond office. She has hit the ground running completing multiple tasks from our property management team. She is willing to learn, takes it all in, and executes all challenges head on. It has been exciting to see her growth over the past few months as she is still a full-time university student at VCU. She has been a great addition to the Divaris team.
It comes without saying that the strong women listed above live the Divaris way! It is a privilege for me to get to work with these amazing women on a daily basis. It is an honor for me to shout from the rooftop how important each one of them is in my life, but the overall picture of the Divaris Way! Thank you all for being amazing!"
