Sonoma County - Up about 7% with Single Family Homes now averaging $792,000 and condo/townhouses now at $416,000.

Petaluma - Up about 1% with Single Family Homes now averaging $758,000 and condo/townhouses now at $450,000.

Rohnert Park / Cotati - Down about 6% with Single Family Homes now averaging $586,000 and condo/townhouses now at $327,000.

Santa Rosa - Up about 13% with Single Family Homes now averaging $721,000 and condo/townhouses now at $402,000.

Windsor - Up about 7.5% with Single Family Homes now averaging $751,000 and condo/townhouses now at $404,000.

Sebastopol - Up about 15% with Single Family Homes now averaging $1,010,000 and condo/townhouses now at $405,000.
