"This partnership with CCES helps bridge the gap with clients who are unaware how to apply. Having caseworkers who are available here to assist those in need of assistance with PG&E and Water utility expense is a blessing for them. We work many who are dealing with financial hardships.. Thank you so much for this opportunity to be partners."

- Lena, Salvation Army

"Partnering with CCES has been a relief for cash-strapped, low-income clients, especially the elderly, our most vulnerable population. The clients who come my way and have signed up for this program have a huge stress lifted from their shoulders. This is an exceptional and much needed service for our community."

- Kathy, Salinas valley Medical Clinic

"LIHEAP has benefitted many people in the community. I have assisted many of the clients that I work with who are low-income. They have been able to receive assistance with past due payments and catch up on their bill. The program has been a tremendous help for those who are currently on a tight budget and has been a relief for many families."

- Guillermina, Community Homeless Solutions

"We help families process assistance for the LIHEAP program. We help qualifying families to have access to PG&E discounts: CARE, FERA, REACH, and other programs such as Energy Savings, and Payment Plans. We help persons to understand the charges on their electricity bill. This partnership is very beneficial for our program participants."

- Aurelio, El Concilio of San Mateo
