“Preschool sets our kids up for the future. If they become intrigued with school, they’ll have the desire to learn. They’ll learn how to read, learn to write, learn how to change the world – and make it a better place.”
-- Lisa Rasch, JRES Preschool Teacher
PCSD's Preschool teachers have created new goals for their classrooms.
As many families worked to keep babies who were born in COVID isolation safe, the little ones had had limited time at parks, museums, libraries, and with friends.
Now, these 3- and 4-year-olds are learning how to go to school while our Preschool teachers also work to:
- Improve fine motor skills
- Introduce & refine social/emotional behaviors and skills
-
Teach students to ask each other questions
One thing that hasn't changed: the joy our educators feel as they guide students in all of life's lessons!
