Brecknock Orchard Grown Rhubarb
Our Homegrown Rhubarb is abundant! Rhubarb is best enjoyed in May and June as preserves, jams, sauces, and by freezing.

Is Rhubarb a fruit or a vegetable? Rhubarb is a vegetable, but is usually prepared with fruit like strawberries for desserts. Rhubarb can be eaten raw. Because of its tart flavor, rhubarb is most often cooked and sweetened with sugar. It's tangy flavor pairs perfectly with strawberries.
Pick Your Own Rhubarb begins May 27, while supply lasts
