Beginning January 18, 2021, Ben’s Asphalt will resume the retaining wall and drain project. They will begin trenching areas throughout the property over the next 4-6 weeks from 2512 to 2414 University in preparation for installing new drains that will divert water from roofs, landscaping, and sidewalks out to the street and away from buildings.
Once they have completed the drain installation in the retaining wall area, they will begin pouring the concrete for the stairs and walkways and restoring the area soon for residents to access as needed.
Please continue to refrain from traveling in the area of the work for safety purposes.
The garage roof project and upper pool wall repair were completed in mid-to-late December. Thank you for your patience during this process.
Request all vehicles parked along the street near this project and in the four guest spaces near 2430 and 2508 to NOT park vehicles in this area during the day and possibly in the evenings. Ben’s Asphalt will be the project vendor and will be placing barricades and cones in the areas they need to have kept clear so they can access the project area and keep everyone safe.
