Dear SMASH community,

This year, Giving Tuesday lands right when we need the boost most​. 

Working musicians are holding up our city’s soundscape — night after night, gig after gig — while navigating a healthcare system that has forgotten they exist. 

When a tooth ​aches, when anxiety spikes, ​when an ear rings, or a body says “enough,” they call us. 

And because of our health providers (dentists, audiologists, mental health professionals, doctors) — and supporters like you — we often get to pick up the phone and say “yes​."

In 2025, we've proudly provided 350+ services to our musician members, as well as ongoing support for insurance navigation, resourcing and referrals.
