The winter solstice has arrived, marking the shortest day of the year and the start of the winter season. As deciduous trees lose their leaves and some animals go into hibernation, we hope you’ll have time to rest, reflect, and rejoice with loved ones.

Come celebrate the life and work of Martin Luther King Jr. with Canopy and Los Robles-Ronald McNair Academy! All are welcome at this community event! Please join us for tree planting, family-friendly activities, and light snacks.

Canopy is thrilled to welcome Michael DeBroeck as our new Tree Care Coordinator! Michael first joined the Canopy team back in 2016 as the Young Tree Care Survey Intern and is excited to be back working with our community of volunteers and Tree Stewards. Make sure to say “hello” when you see Michael in the field!
