🍂 Hello, October!
October is a month to build understanding, celebrate identity, and strengthen meaningful connections. As we recognize mental health, wellness, and cultural observances, we’re reminded that compassionate conversations, early support, and access to care can make a difference.
Whether you’re checking in with someone you love, learning more about mental health, standing up against bullying, or making time for your own well-being, every caring action matters.

ADHD Awareness Month
Build understanding of ADHD and the different ways it can affect everyday life. Encourage patience, recognize individual strengths, and support people in finding tools and care that meet their needs.

Help create spaces where children and adults feel safe, respected, and included. Speak up against bullying, lead with kindness, and remind those affected that they deserve support.

Encourage honest conversations about emotional well-being and reduce the stigma surrounding depression. Promote mental health screenings as a starting point for understanding concerns and connecting with professional support.
