BAGEL-IN-A-BAG: EASIEST BREAKFAST EVER!
SUPPORT THE 5TH GRADE FUNDRAISER THIS FRIDAY, 10/18

The 5th graders will be doing their annual Bagel-in-a-Bag fundraiser on
Friday, October 18th from 7:45-8:15am
. Bagels, cream cheese and water will all be available for $1. Grab breakfast as you drop off through car line! Don't forget to buy one for yourself as well as your Dolphin.
Bring small bills, please!!

The proceeds from the ticket sales will go 100% back to the Bay Laurel PFA to fund activities and programs for our Dolphin students. These parties are only for Bay Laurel parents and/or students. This week we would like to feature our first scheduled Party Book party:
A Workout at F45 in Calabasas with Sunlife Organic treat.
This party will make you sweat with 45 minutes of mix circuit and HIIT style workouts geared toward everyday movement. After, Sunlife Organics will provide 12oz of their Athlete and Wolverine smoothies
for a post workout treat. **This is a Bay Laurel parent only party.

BOX TOPS CLASSROOM CONTEST ENDS THIS WEEK!
TURN IN YOUR CLIPPED BOX TOPS BY FRIDAY, 10/18!

Turn your Box Tops into the office collection box for our Fall Collection Drive by
Friday, October 18
! Each Box Top earns $0.10 for our school. Find Box Tops on hundreds of products from brands like: Annie's, General Mills, Hefty, Kleenex, Lysol & Ziploc.
Turn them in while you can, as the entire Box Tops program is going digital and phasing out the clipped Box Tops. Don't forget to
write YOUR name
and
your TEACHER'S name
on your submission! Use a baggie or print a collection sheet found in the Box Tops section of the PFA website.
The class with the most Box Tops submitted wins a
popsicle party
PLUS top individual contributors can earn a
free kid's meal at ISLANDS

! On
Friday, October 25th from 6:00-8:00 PM
, Bay Laurel's campus will be transformed into an amazing trick-or treating "neighborhood"! Wear your costumes and bring a treat bag -- see you on the field!

ALL-SCHOOL HALLOWEEN PARADE
GET THOSE COSTUMES READY!

On
October 31st
, Bay Laurel will have an all-school Halloween Parade on the black top from
8:30-9:30am
. Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend. Students should come in costume but remember to leave the masks and all weapons at home. If your child will not be comfortable wearing their costume the rest of the day, you might want to provide a change of clothes for them. You do NOT need to come to the office and get a visitor pass to watch the parade.
Some classes may be having a Halloween party that day. Your room parents will let you know more details around what's being planned for your classroom and when. You WILL need to get a visitor pass to attend a classroom party.

Red Ribbon is a week long national celebration of healthy bodies and minds. Bay Laurel celebrates with fun themed activities for each day of the week. See the schedule below. We will also be hosted a Book Fair in the MPR during the week.
