Applications for the Scale-Up programs are housed on IowaGrants.gov. This is different than previous years. If applicants don't already have an account on IowaGrants.gov, they must sign up for an account. 

Signing up for an account can take 72 hours to be approved and

activated. So please sign up for an account sooner rather than later.
