Walk for Hope at the Annual Purple Walk October 11 💜

We’re calling on our community to take a stand against domestic violence.

Join us on October 11 for Child & Family Center’s Annual Purple Walk, a 5K event dedicated to raising awareness and showing unwavering support for survivors of domestic violence.

Whether you’re walking solo, with a team, or bringing your dog along, this is more than just a walk, it’s a statement of solidarity, strength, and hope.

This year, your participation matters more than ever. Recent budget cuts have made community support critical to sustaining services for those affected by violence and trauma. Together, we can ensure survivors continue to receive the care and advocacy they deserve.

Let’s walk with purpose. Let’s walk for hope.

This month, the heart of Child & Family Center came alive with laughter, creativity, and community during our cherished annual tradition, Family Fun Nite.

Clients, families, staff, and community members gathered to share an evening full of joy. From vibrant arts & crafts and a high-energy DJ dance zone to a magical stage show and delicious treats, every corner of the Center was filled with warmth and celebration.

A special thank you goes to the Santa Clarita Elks Lodge 2379 for firing up the grill and serving up mouthwatering BBQ that brought everyone together in true community spirit.

None of this would have been possible without the dedication of our incredible staff, board members, volunteers, and supporters. Your generosity and love helped create a space where families could relax, connect, and simply be together.

Thank you for making this night unforgettable. Moments like these remind us of the strength we build when we come together.
