Dear Friends & Supporters of Bnai Zion Medical Center,

As we gather to celebrate the holiday of freedom, we wish you and your loved ones a happy, healthy Passover – Chag Pesach Sameach.

But here in Israel, the last 24 hours have been anything but peaceful.

Iran launched its largest missile salvo since the war began, firing multiple waves of ballistic missiles at central Israel in under 10 minutes . Sirens screamed across Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and the Jordan Valley as millions rushed to shelters on the holiest night of the Jewish calendar .

Here in Haifa, Hezbollah struck with precision. At 12:10 AM, rockets targeted the Yodifat Military Industries Company east of Haifa . The Krayot area north of Haifa was also hit, with Hezbollah claiming attacks on military infrastructure and naval surveillance bases .

Across the north, Hezbollah launched over 40 rockets in a single barrage, striking Nahariya, Shlomi, and Metula . Four Israeli soldiers were killed in southern Lebanon—Captain Noam Madmoni, Sergeant Ben Cohen, Sergeant Maxim Antis, and a fourth soldier —with three others wounded .

The human toll has been devastating. In Bnei Brak near Tel Aviv, 14 people were wounded by Iranian missiles—including an 11-year-old girl in critical condition from shrapnel . Damage was reported to homes, cars, and a playground in Petah Tikva .

At Bnai Zion Medical Center, we remain on the front line. Our doctors and nurses are operating from the fortified underground bunker—treating wounded soldiers and civilians while missiles fly overhead.

We urgently need your help:

· Expand bunker capacity – more beds for the growing number of patients

· Emergency medical supplies – bandages, blood, ventilators, trauma kits

· Backup power resources – generators and fuel for uninterrupted care

$250 – emergency trauma supplies for one patient

$500 – stocks the bunker pharmacy for 24 hours

$1,000 – powers a generator for a day, keeping life-saving equipment running

For over a century, Bnai Zion Medical Center has been Haifa's hospital. Tonight, as families fled their Seder tables for shelters, we remain Haifa's underground shield.

Chag Pesach Sameach and with urgent prayers and gratitude,
