Tenant Spotlight:

SyncJet Soars From Brazil to Kissimmee and Beyond

Our October Tenant Spotlight shines on SyncJet, a powerhouse in business aviation that began its journey in Brazil and took flight into the U.S. six years ago. SyncJet isn’t just another aviation company, it’s a complete ecosystem for businesses that rely on aircraft to move faster, smarter, and farther. From aircraft purchase and pre-buy inspections to registration, management, shared ownership, charter services, FBO operations, and parts distribution, SyncJet truly lives up to its promise of being a one-stop shop for corporate aviation. Today, SyncJet operates an impressive fleet of nearly 60 aircraft, ranging from light and mid-size jets to Cirrus SR22s and helicopters, safely carrying more than 12,000 passengers each year. Since opening their first U.S. base at Kissimmee Gateway Airport (ISM) nearly two years ago, SyncJet’s team has been right at home. “We’re grateful to have launched our first U.S. base of operations here,” shares Pedro Bizzotto, Co-Founder & CEO for North America. “At other Orlando-area airports, we sometimes face holds of up to 30 minutes short of the runway. Here, it’s always taxi and go. The ATC team does an outstanding job!”

That smooth efficiency, paired with the community’s warmth, makes ISM the perfect launchpad for SyncJet’s continued U.S. growth. Across Brazil and the U.S., more than 100 highly skilled aviation professionals make up the SyncJet team. Their secret to success? Vertical integration, every service is handled in-house, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency across the board.

“From day one, we’ve been warmly welcomed into the Kissimmee community,” Bizzotto adds. “We’re deeply grateful for that hospitality, and giving back to our airport and neighbors is the best way to express our thanks.”

The future looks bright for SyncJet. The team is preparing to expand its U.S. offerings with charter flights and aircraft maintenance services, two major milestones set to fuel both company and community growth. “The most exciting milestone this year is the launch of our charter operations,” says Bizzotto. “We can’t wait to bring high-quality charter services to the U.S. market, backed by our exceptionally skilled crew and the SyncJet Standard.”

And for those who love the finer things in life, SyncJet is bringing a touch of luxury to Florida’s aviation scene with FLY N’ WINE, their signature event series originally pioneered in Brazil. Guests enjoy world-class wines, gourmet cuisine from top chefs, and the opportunity to connect with fellow aviation enthusiasts in unforgettable style. From Brazil to Kissimmee, SyncJet continues to redefine what business aviation can be, efficient, elegant, and always ready for takeoff.

Future Aviators Take Flight at

Kissimmee Gateway Airport’s Career Day

The hum of jet engines and the excitement of discovery filled the air on October 9, as Kissimmee Gateway Airport, in partnership with the Velocity FBO Network, welcomed a lively group of seventh and eighth graders from Osceola County Middle School for ISM Career Day 2025. For many students, it was their first time stepping onto an active airfield, and their first glimpse into the fascinating world of aviation. From the moment they arrived, curiosity took flight. Groups toured hangars, met skilled technicians and pilots, and watched the rhythm of airport operations unfold right before their eyes.

Throughout the day, students rotated through hands-on sessions where they learned about aircraft maintenance, air traffic control, flight operations, and the business side of running an airport. Each conversation and demonstration offered a new spark of possibility, proof that careers in aviation are as diverse as the aircraft themselves. By the end of the event, the energy was unmistakable. Students left with smiles, questions, and a sense of wonder about what their own futures could hold among the clouds. ISM Career Day 2025 wasn’t just an airport tour, it was an invitation for the next generation to dream big, explore boldly, and see that the path to a career in aviation can begin right here in Osceola County.

Major $11.4 Million Upgrade Bringing New Improvements to Kissimmee Gateway Airport

Kissimmee Gateway Airport is proud to announce that we are nearing completion of a $11.4 million facilities renovation project. This major investment includes more than 4,000 feet of upgraded taxiways, enhanced drainage systems, and the installation of new lighting and signage, each designed to enhance safety, efficiency, and overall operations across the airfield. These improvements not only strengthen our commitment to providing exceptional service and experiences for all visitors, but also support continued job growth and tourism throughout the region. The project was designed and managed by AVCON, Inc. Ranger Construction efficiently performed the services, substantially completing the project approximately two months early. We’re excited about the positive impact this project will have on our community and invite everyone to stay tuned for updates as we prepare for completion!

Osceola High AFJROTC Explores Aviation at Kissimmee Gateway Airport

Last month, we proudly welcomed Osceola High School’s AFJROTC FL-921 Cadet Group for an exciting, hands-on airfield tour. The visit gave cadets a behind-the-scenes look at the world of aviation and airport management. They learned what it takes to keep airfield operations running safely and efficiently, explored airfield signage and pavement markings, and witnessed aviation in action right on the tarmac. One of the day’s highlights came courtesy of Stallion 51 Flight Operations, who treated the group to an up-close encounter with two incredible aircraft, a legendary P-51 Mustang and an L-39 Albatross. The team also shared stories of the Mustang’s rich World War II history, connecting the cadets’ classroom learning to the real-world legacy of flight. The experience was more than a tour, it was an inspiring introduction to the many opportunities in aviation and a memorable day for these future leaders in flight.
