Spotlight: Dyson Phillips, Clinic Operations Manager at Kenosha Community Health Center’s 14th Avenue Kenosha Clinic | |

Dyson Phillips joined KCHC in February 2024 as the dedicated Clinic Operations Manager. With an Associate Degree in Applied Science, Dyson’s educational background and exceptional communication skills have become vital assets to our clinic’s operations. His decision to pursue a career in healthcare was driven by a profound desire to improve the well-being of patients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.
At KCHC, Dyson oversees the day-to-day activities of our clinic, ensuring that our services uphold the highest standards of excellence. The skills and quality standards he learned and practiced as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy will serve him well in his clinic operations role. His leadership is instrumental in improving patient outcomes and enhancing health programs within the Kenosha community. Under his guidance, we ensure every patient is met with compassion, professionalism, and impactful care.
