Our Story"

Part of our transformation into the future is about rewriting our past—our stories and the accounts of our life that we tell ourselves or believe to be true. It doesn’t matter if it’s our fragile beginnings, our damaged middle, or our delicate ending. Those painful events and traumas that have happened to us along the way of our life’s journey are real for us. It goes by many names, sometimes referred to as our shadow or dark night of the soul. We all have them. We are all affected by them. We all must learn to tell a different story. A new one. A story of empowerment. And, only the current “I” can change the future “I” and what I “made up” was truth “for me” and it was the only thing I could do in that moment. And, yet, to clear and heal our past is necessary and important. Once it is done—we never have to do it again. ✅

However, we are the ones at choice point. We cannot lift the vibration of ourselves or the planet if we allow ourselves to stay stuck in former times. The burden we carry is tiring—heavy and old. It’s like lugging a huge, burdensome invisible sack across our shoulders every day of our life— and we get so used to it—we don’t even realize its weighing us down—or we somehow believe, that it’s just the way things are. Could we have been dragging this stressful weight from one life to the next? Isn’t it time to let go? How do we rewrite the circumstances, conflicts and anguish of the story we tell ourselves?

We start by being open to a new truth and giving intent to discover more. We start by knowing that we fully participated in the planning and potential of our own lives. We begin by asking, if all these things that have been put in my path, there must have been higher purpose that I have yet to see or know. And by changing my story, am I changing the past of who I have been, and my future in a very non-linear multidimensional way. How do we know? I ask myself: Do I bring a joyful existence to my life or am I content with the struggle? Do I feel free? Or are you roped to some old tale and replaying tape from childhood or beyond?

I usually don’t share a lot of personal stories about myself. My Lifestyle pieces are to bring to get you to a new view—about bigger issues—and perhaps about things that we have not considered or don’t even make sense from a linear 3D perspective. But, in this case—I will use myself. Keep in mind, our stories are all different and designed for us, but all the same must be rewritten, rebooted, and revised.

Many of you know that I was married for 26 years—together for 30+ years, and in 2005 my marriage came to a screeching halt. I was in shock. I was numb as I listened to our accounts’ manager on the other end of the phone tell me how sorry she was about my divorce. “What divorce” I asked? It was in the paper, she said. “What are you talking about”, I replied back trying to hold back the welling flood of tears. The sorrow, anguish and sadness was unbearable in that moment; an instant in time, forever frozen.

My husband had been angry, and difficult for years at a time. I was the peacemaker and support. Occasionally, someone would comment that I was the strong one—or the glue of the family. I didn’t know if that was true. I was who I was. I had said my vows in June of 1980 and intended to keep my promise. I would make it work, no matter what. For me divorce was not an option. Yet as my life was falling apart, there was a deep knowing inside that this ending was the completion of something. Perhaps not “man’s” story, but a greater truth and knowing about what lay ahead for me, even if I couldn’t see it or understand the Why. I felt in my heart, that if I was to resist this change, and new direction, I would simply “take myself out.” No, not by suicide, but by some disease or illness. This was my new direction, and I had to walk through the fear, and sorrow alone. I felt I had failed. Yet, it was up to me to heal myself. And, each year I became stronger, and felt better and better, felt more like myself—but along the way I was discovering me and my authentic self.

The circumstances and details are not important really. But unlike my Mother who told me on the phone years ago, that my Father would burn in Hell and Judgment Day was coming—I choose to rewrite my story differently. My Karma or unfinished business was complete. The Universe was handing me a new assignment. It was written in invisible ink and based on potentials of “our” future that only my intuition could know. I made up, that the Universe had said, “we don’t care what you do for the first half of your life when you return back to earth. The potentials of humanities future are unclear.” Will humanity survive and make the decision to stay or destroy itself could not be determined. Remember the Cold War? All the nucs? Miraculously the potentials changed, humanity chose to stay in the eleventh hour and the paradigm shift began. My assignment did too. I was here to hold the Light. I was here to do other things than take care of my husband. Our vibrations were way different, and the gap in cohesion was growing wider. Out of the Love of the Universe, we needed to part ways. He had his journey. I had mine.

It took me a few years to reach this conclusion, but along the way, I rewrote my story. I am happy. I feel empowered. I feel that my magnificence grows stronger each day. I embrace the journey, even as I have no idea where it is leading me. But, I continue to write. I continue to council and coach others to see their story differently, to decode the unresolved conflicts and traumas around disease and illness and sooth grief. I am here to be a way-shower of the future and transition into the new paradigm. I am here to lead a life of joy, service, compassion and freedom.

I want the same for you too. We are each the author of our own story, our very personal journey and our life. How do you want to re-write your story? Are you able to be your own hero, shining your magnificence and Light for all to see? Isn’t that why we’re here—isn’t that why we’ve come?

What Does this mean? Decoding 101
Decoding messages from us to us is something that is coming to light and seeing its way into the mainstream--slowly. There is a connection between our physical health challenges and our mind and spirit. We cannot ignore those other parts of ourselves. We are emotional spiritual multidimensional humans. And, these physical dis-eases indicate we are "out of balance," something is "off kilter." Dis-ease alerts us that there are deep unresolved emotional blocks holding emotional angst at some level. Are we the brave ones to step up to heal our lineage? What was the emotional trauma we experienced as a child? What was so terrible, we have simply blocked it out? The conscious mind likes to ignore and repress that shadow that lurks within. However, our smart body, our innate, and intuition part of the subconscious and cellular memory remembers everything. In 2020, we will explore, just briefly the most common imbalances lying below the surface--a gift waiting to be seen and healed--for good! ❤️

As sugar is linked to Love, tenderness and affection, diabetes reflects various feelings of inner sadness. This is Love sickness, a sure lack of Love. I therefore need to control my environment and those around me, because of my previous wounds. I am experiencing an emotional abstinence. Yes! If I am diabetic, I usually experience repetitive sadness, repressed emotions stamped with unconscious sadness without any gentleness, which makes me harder.  Gentlenesss has disappeared and had been replaced with ongoing pain. I then start eating sugar of every possible variety, pasta, bread, sweets, etc. to compensate. This can sorely affect my emotional, social, or financial life. I have the impression that I must “take it”, I am forced to struggle and take on life, people or events. I try to compensate in every possible way. I restrict myself in many ways. I become bitter toward life, which is why I find myself bitter, and I compensate by a more ‘surgary’ state. I am full of regrets for what was and what could have been; I think that I am not worthy of happiness or pleasure.

Wise Fool
"Accept your Follies
Find Teaching
in Them"
Pause for a moment. Think of those times when you've acted thoughtless or foolish--perhaps even recently. How did you feel? Embarrassed? Ashamed? Well it's time to let it go, to stop attacking or shaming yourself. It's not just about forgiving yourself or blandly accepting these instances.

It goes way beyond that to loving the fool inside, that part of you that with such childlike innocence behaves in a way that sometimes brings on social or self-condemnation. To sincerely and deeply love that part of you surpasses rote forgiveness or bland acceptance. It opens you to loving yourself unconditionally as well as loving the foibles of others.

The Burden of such shame is too great for anyone to carry. You must see these idiosyncrasies with a sense of humor. When you do something foolish, the sooner you can laugh about it--with yourself, not at yourself--the sooner you can move to a place of true self-acceptance, It's often only later, when we can look back at these situations, that we can discern the more important lessons and the wisdom contained within them.

Recipe of the Month:
🍃 Mini-Baked Pancakes🍃

Bon Appetite!

Mini-baked Pancakes

YIELD: 24 mini-pancakes
PREP TIME:  15+ minutes
Bake TIME: 7-10 minutes

This recipe just sounded fun--and tasty. It was quick and satisfying--and no one has to stand over a griddle flipping "flapjacks." I would certainly double the recipe next time. They would be great to serve at a brunch or holiday breakfast. Otherwise, make a bunch and freeze them for an anytime treat. They don't even require butter or maple syrup. And if you feel experimental--blueberries or lemon or orange zest would lend themselves nicely to the finished flavorful mini-pancake! How many will this recipe serve? It depends on how hungry your tribe is! Enjoy.

"The Girl in the Chair"

She felt the hands on the back of the old wooden chair behind her shoulders. All was silent, and dark, although she continued to stare at the painting before her. She had been sitting in that damn chair way too long, just thinking—always thinking.

That tape in her head was relentless and never stopped.

It had all started in her early twenties—no, actually, way before that. She always felt that she had been more “the Mother” than her own (Click)
Every Truth passes through three stages before it is accepted.  In the first it is ridiculed, next it is opposed; in the third, it is regarded as self evident.

Biological Decoding Here Today
Conflicts and trauma are sometimes obvious and sometimes not and make their presence known to us as dis-ease and imbalance in our lives; manifesting in our body.  Weight issues or acne are obvious to most, but what are the traumas, loyalties and imbalances locked away in diabetes, heart disease, cancer, or behind simple allergies and minor illnesses given labels or the diagnosis's we receive at the doctor's office? Do you want healing or just relief?

The premise is easy. Disease and sicknesses are "nothing more" than emotional conflict(s) or trauma, --lessons to learn (that may be passed down from our ancestors) running in an "invisible" field of energy unknown or unrealized to us until it emerges as our brain's (the ultimate computer) solution for the disturbance deep within our psyche. More simply, the first law of Biological Decoding states: "Every pain or disease originates from a conflict. The conflict is an unexpected, highly acute, and isolating shock that occurs simultaneously in the PSYCHE, the BRAIN, and part of the BODY that corresponds to the type of conflict. Discovering the conflict aids the brain in sending messages to repair the body".

If we are human, we all have unresolved emotional conflicts. Heal them for yourselves--heal them for your kids and break the pattern. Biological Decoding goes hand-in-hand with our allopathic medicine today which addresses the mechanical aspects of our disease.

How can I help you today?

The Biology of Decoding is an amazing tool to assist in the discovery of the root cause of dis-ease.  This discovery and decoding opens the door to healing, deepens spiritual understanding of who we are and releases limiting beliefs and patterns.

"If the mind doth bend, disease can end."
