Hello!
The Office of Special Events (OSE) has officially transitioned to Public Event & Film Permitting (PEFP), now part of Denver Arts & Venues, aligning public events and film permitting under one agency to strengthen coordination across the city.
As event season begins, our team continues working closely with organizers to support safe, well-planned events throughout Denver. Last week, we met with more than 80 event organizers at our annual Special Events Forum to review permitting requirements, safety expectations, and neighborhood coordination for the year ahead.
As a reminder, this newsletter focuses on events with the greatest community impact to help you plan ahead. The PEFP Calendar includes all permitted events citywide, while the sections below highlight those most likely to affect neighborhoods.
