Dear Middle School Families,
Our first Music Exhibit is coming up on Thursday, November 20 at 6 p.m. We hope all Middle School families can attend.
Students will showcase what they have learned thus far in their music ensembles. Our hope is to expose the process of learning how to sing and play instruments, as well as how to work as an ensemble.
It is imperative for students to attend the exhibits. If your child is unable to attend, please let me know so I can communicate with the music faculty.
On the day of the exhibit, students stay on campus after school. We will host an early dinner, and then rehearsals will take place with the music teachers. Students need to be in their rehearsal space ready to play by 5 p.m.
We are asking parents/caregivers who plan to attend the exhibits to please arrive by 5:45 p.m. At our fall exhibit, families sit with their child and learn about their class, so it does not feel like a traditional concert. We wanted to flag that for you, in case you are unable to attend with your student. We would plan to have a Beaver adult join your student.
