A talented network engineer originally from El Salvador, Carolina was ready to level up her career but faced a significant barrier: the field engineer certification she needed was only offered out of state and was financially out of reach.

Through LEAP (The L-Fund Education Assistance Program), our donors provided a $2,350.00 grant* that changed everything. This support covered:

• Her round-trip airfare and hotel stay.
• The full 3-day professional certification course.
• A new laptop she desperately needed for her engineering work.

Because of that investment, Carolina got the promotion she worked so hard for and continues to thrive as a certified engineer today!
