Since I joined as Managing Director in March, our priority has been listening โ through focus groups, conversations, and your candid feedback. One thing weโve heard, loud and clear, is that you want clarity, simplicity, and equity in how we structure membership.
Weโve taken that to heart.
๏ปฟBeginning December 1, 2025, weโre making important updates designed to reduce confusion, expand access, and honor the spirit of our network as a trusted,
vetted community of philanthropy consultants.
These changes keep things simple and equitable. They reflect what you told us matters most:
- No more confusing tiers
- No more limitations on access
- A clearer way to recognize experience while ensuring every member and every firm feels the full value of belonging.

a minimum of $10,000
from at least 50 members
by the end of December.

October - December 2025 | Our New Member Orientations are a warm and engaging way to get connected, learn how to make the most of your membership, and meet fellow consultants who share your commitment to strengthening the philanthropic sector. Participants will also hear tips for navigating the network, be able to ask questions, and share a bit about their own consulting journey.

She also recommends reading the second volume of a Power-Sharing Framework that Marga Inc. and the Race and Equity in Philanthropy Group (REPG) released earlier this year.
She says REPGโs Volume 2 of the Power-Sharing Framework builds on both the literature on power-sharing as well as REPGโs knowledge base on racial equity, recognizing that sharing power is part of a process of strengthening racial equity policies and practices. Using a racial equity lens helps foundations move towards a power-sharing model recognizing that those with lived experience are experts who should be included as decision-makers. Read More
