Give New Products a Strong Start

Finding new products is exciting—but how you introduce them can help turn that excitement into sales!

Whether you discover something at the URA Trade Show or through your favorite supplier, plan a little welcome for your newest arrivals:

  • Get your team excited. Let employees explore the product and learn who it’s for, what makes it different, and why customers might love it.
  • Give it a spotlight. Create a small “New Arrivals” display where customers will notice it.
  • Show it in action. Share a try-on, quick demonstration, or staff favorite on social media. Explain the benefit beyond “just arrived!”
  • Make it personal. Reach out to customers who have asked for that style, size, feature, or type of product.
  • Listen and learn. Ask what customers think, and use their feedback and early sales to guide your next order.

Heading to Vegas? Capture a few photos and product details—with the vendor’s permission—so you’re ready to build excitement before your order arrives!

Get Ready for Fresh Finds & Great Ideas

A little preparation can help you make the most of your time in Vegas:

  • Choose your must-attend sessions from the education schedule. Education begins Saturday at noon!
  • Review the exhibitor list and plan your visits—with time to discover something new.
  • Bring your buying wish list, customer requests and questions for vendors.
  • Think about how you’ll introduce your new finds when they arrive at your store.
  • Pack comfortable shoes—and your Casino Night and Great Gatsby attire!

Make a Connection That Lasts

Sit with someone new, share a challenge and ask what’s working in their store. Exchange contact information so the ideas and support keep flowing long after Vegas.

Here’s to coming home stronger, smarter and inspired—together!
