  • Highlight “Gifts for Healthcare Heroes.” Ready-to-go bundles, footwear upgrades, and stocking-stuffer accessories still sell incredibly well in December.
  • Keep promotions simple and clear. In-store signage + matching online messaging = fewer questions and faster conversions.


👥 Staffing Tip of the Month

Keep your team focused on service over speed.

A quick script goes a long way:

“Are you shopping for yourself today or for someone else?”

This one question helps your staff pivot immediately into gift suggestions, upsells, and easy add-ons.


💡 Retail Insight: January Matters

Plan now to turn holiday shoppers into repeat customers.

Consider:

  • New-year-new-uniform messaging
