This is the second last market update of 2022! As we round out the year the market is vastly different than where it was in the spring - days on market has increased and transactions are down. But, if we look to where we were a year ago the average price is almost exactly the same and inventory has not changed much. All this together means we are in a market that we have not seen for many, many years.
