Available housing for working people in New Hampshire continues to impact economic growth and make it more difficult for employers to recruit and retain talent. In fact, if anything, the COVID-19 pandemic, which has slowed construction, has further constricting housing supply in many parts of the state leading to higher prices. BIA will be taking a closer look at the issue, legislative activity, and creative solutions that some communities and businesses are pursuing.

In this free online workshop, you'll hear from Sabrina Rando, EdD BCBA LABA, owner of Prime Lifetime Services and two HR professionals who are SCORE volunteers.
Dr. Rando will explain her approach to recruiting and hiring as well as creating a positive work environment.
Dolores Alberghini, former VP of HR at a major local company, and Pat Moquin, former Senior VP of HR at a Fortune 500 company and practicing HR attorney, will clarify the laws on proper classificaion of employees and other common HR mistakes made by employers.
