2026 May Premier Sponsor Spotlight: HSA

HSA Celebrates 95 Years of Service, Expertise, and Partnership

For 95 years, HSA has been a trusted partner to the plumbing, mechanical, and industrial trades—built on a foundation of strong relationships, technical expertise, and a commitment to supporting our customers at every level. As we celebrate this milestone anniversary, we’re proud to reflect on where we started and, more importantly, where we’re headed.

Who We Are

HSA is a manufacturers’ representative agency serving the plumbing, HVAC, and hydronics markets across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Northwest Indiana. We represent a mix of product lines that span both territories, along with others that are exclusive to either Wisconsin or Illinois—allowing us to provide targeted support based on local market needs while maintaining strong regional coverage and expertise. Our team works closely with contractors, engineers, wholesalers, and facility professionals to ensure the right products, knowledge, and support are always within reach.

Our Values

At HSA, we are guided by accountability and integrity in everything we do. We put the customer first, always focused on delivering solutions that support their success. We believe in treating everyone with respect and leading with empathy in all of our relationships.

Training & Education That Makes a Difference

Education is a key part of what we do. HSA offers customized training programs tailored to meet the needs of contractors, engineers, and distributor teams. From product-specific sessions to system applications and troubleshooting, we focus on practical, real-world knowledge.

We also provide state-approved CEU courses, helping professionals stay current with licensing requirements while gaining valuable insights they can apply in the field.

Technical Expertise You Can Count On

Our Hot Water Technical Solutions Team is a major differentiator. With licensed plumbers on staff, this group provides hands-on support, system design guidance, and troubleshooting assistance. In Wisconsin, HSA proudly supports Chronomite with dedicated expertise to ensure customers have the resources they need for tankless electric solutions.

Warehouse Capabilities Built for Today’s Demand

To better serve our customers, HSA continues to invest in infrastructure and logistics. Our warehouse capabilities allow us to support quick turnaround times, inventory management, and efficient distribution. This includes our new, expansive Illinois location, which strengthens our ability to serve customers across the region with greater speed and reliability.

Looking Ahead

As we celebrate 95 years, our focus remains the same: building strong partnerships, delivering unmatched support, and continuing to evolve with the needs of the industry. We’re grateful to be part of the PMSMCA community and look forward to continuing to serve as a trusted resource for years to come.

Chart Your Course at the 2026 WiMI Conference

Register Now!

Like a compass guiding explorers across new terrain, the WiMI Conference is designed to help attendees gain clarity about their professional direction, strengthen their sense of purpose, and build meaningful relationships with others navigating similar paths. This year’s theme — COMPASS: Charting Your Course, Connecting Your Purpose â€” reflects the journey many professionals take as they grow within the mechanical contracting industry.

Through dynamic keynote presentations, engaging workshops, and interactive roundtables, participants will explore the many directions of leadership, personal growth, and professional development. COMPASS invites attendees to pause, reflect, and recalibrate — embracing where they’ve been, where they are today, and where they’re headed next. Together, the WiMI community will chart the course forward with confidence, authenticity, and connection.

If your company is a MCAA member and you're interested in attending this year's conference, please reach out to jill@pmsmca.com.

PMSMCA made connections and shared information with students interested in the sheet metal and pipefitting trades about how they can gain exposure and experience while still in school. The Jenga game was also quite a hit and a great ice breaker!

Thank you to Building Advantage for putting on a great event for school districts in Southeastern Wisconsin!
