Hey there Cassandra!


It's officially time to get excited...drop-off for the spring sale is NEXT WEEK 🎉 The countdown is on, and we can't wait to see all the amazing items you'll be selling this season. As you prepare to join us for the spring sale, here are a few important details you'll need to know to make your drop-off smooth and stress-free:

Drop-off Details

You've completed the hardest part of selling - gathering, prepping, and tagging your items. Now it's time to drop-off and watch your check GROW! 🤑


Seller drop-off will be on Saturday, April 19 and Monday, April 21.


Pro tip: When preparing your items for drop-off, bundle clothing by gender > size. This will make clothing drop-off in correct categories a breeze!


Drop Off Steps:

Once you arrive, bring one small item inside with you to check in at the front desk. 👕You will receive your presale passes at this time. Then grab a rolling rack and a blue bag and retrieve the rest of your clothing and shoes from your vehicle. 


Make sure all items are completely prepped and ready to go! 

Example: Clothing hangers facing the correct direction (like a question mark), tags attached, all items clean, stain-free, etc. All infant items are inspected for recalls and all shoes are inspected for condition and cleanliness. All items that do not meet our standards ("no thank you's") are returned to you to take home. Sellers who have earned Perfect Consignor status (3 total items pulled or less) from the previous season can skip clothing inspection.


Next stop, inspection.

Scan the QR code at the inspection table and fill out the form with your name and consignor number. Pop the form on a hanger and leave your clothing rack and shoes with an inspection team member.

While your clothing items are being reviewed, grab your toys, equipment and large items and place on the sales floor. We will text you when your clothing is ready to go! 


Plan for about an hour to drop off your items (more if you bring over 250 items).


Pro Tips

  • Pack your hanging clothing items by GENDER and SIZE
  • Pack all other items by TYPE
  • Bring your paperwork for all CRIBSCAR SEATS & BOOSTER SEATS
  • Bring a wagon or rolling rack to make your drop off process easier


Fan gear clothing (think Phillies, Eagles, Penn State etc) will be hung on a rack within the sporting goods. Swimwear has a divider at the end of each size rack in clothing to help keep it separate and easier to shop.

NEW FOR SPRING: Pajamas will also have a rack divider next to swim.


Large Items

For items that are too big for our Hold Area, we'll attach a large yellow claim ticket to make it easier for Shoppers to purchase them. We'll do this for you during Drop Off. Those items can be brought to the Large Item Drop-Off door.

Seller Presale Shopping! 🎉

One of the best perks of selling with JBF is the extra-early shopping access we give to you, our consignors 🛍 You get to bring an adult guest along, so make sure to call your bestie so you can shop together!


**Note - No children under the age of 12 permitted during presale. Nursing infants worn in a front carrier are allowed. No strollers or car seat carriers.

Get ready to shop 'til you drop!!


RSS & 6-Hour Team Members shop at 9AM

4-Hour Team Members shop at 10AM

All Consignors & Guests shop at 11AM


Perfect Consignors earn 30 minute early access to presale.

(example, a Team Member who is PC can shop at 9:30am instead of 10am.)

Please delete your shift if you are no longer able to help. The schedule will close on Friday, April 18. We are counting on you.


Team Members please use the Large Item Drop-off/Pick-up door

  • When you arrive for your shift(s), sign in at the bottom of the stairs and place your items in the Team Member break room upstairs in the Mezzanine. Restrooms are inside the main shopper entrance to the right. We will provide water and snacks during the week, but feel free to bring your own meals/coolers if you like.


Second Drop Off

Thursday, April 24 - 6-8pm


If you need to make a second trip, or had a chance to tag a few more large items, you may drop off Thursday between 6PM-8PM without an appointment. No clothes or shoes, please. Come in through the Large Item Pickup. PLEASE DO NOT COME IN THE SHOPPER ENTRANCE.

Half-Price Presale

Friday, April 25


Yep, you get to shop the 1/2 price deals before the public! These are the rock bottom prices and the best times to stock up on clothing, accessories, books and MORE! You will receive 2 guest passes for this special shopping time - don't come alone!!


All items without a star on the tag will be an additional 50% off! Doors close at 8:30PM, registers close at 9pm.


Team Members & Sellers shop our half price sale first!

Perfect Consignors get 15 minute early access if they did not attend the presale early.


RSS, 6-Hour Team Members & 4-Hour Team Members shop at 4PM.

All Consignors shop at 5PM.
