Greetings!

Welcome to our March newsletter!

You may have heard that the Canadian Government has banned cruise ships from entering or departing Canadian waters until next year. Our hearts go out to the people in Ketchikan, Skagway, Sitka, Juneau, Icy Strait Point and other communities whose lives and economies are dependent on the tourism provided by cruise ships. As an immediate impact, our group cruise to Alaska scheduled for departure on August 7, 2021 has been cancelled. On a positive note, all cruise lines expect the 2022 Alaska season to be extremely busy, so any of you thinking about Alaska for 2022 should contact us as soon as possible. Demand will be VERY HIGH. We have added a cruise to Alaska (round trip Seattle) for August 28-September 4, 2022.

On another positive note, our deposit date for Rocky Mountaineer has been extended until August 2, 2021!!! We hope you will Join Us on this extraordinary adventure.

Another addition is the Athens to Rome sailing of the Regal Princess on June 4, 2022. What an itinerary! See details below.

Cruise ship update: Cruises out of Singapore have become so popular, Royal Caribbean has extended the season by 2 months. In addition, Royal Caribbean’s newest ship, the Odyssey of the Seas, will begin cruises originating in Haifa, Israel in May. The 7-Day cruises will have port stops in Greece and Cyprus. For now, these cruises will be available only to Israeli citizens, but it's an indication of what’s to come. Finally, MSC has been successfully operating cruises in Europe. The one year pause has been painful to us all, but the tide is slowly turning, and WE CAN”T WAIT!!!
