On July 14, 2022, Pillar Health hosted an open house for the business community and an official ribbon-cutting that many local and state dignitaries attended.

Governor Evers announced that Kenosha Community Health Center is one of 27 recipients of the $2.5 Million DHS Telehealth Grant for Behavioral Services. This grant funding will help provide behavioral health services via Telehealth in non-traditional settings, including mobile Telehealth services at Shalom Center in Kenosha County.

A school physical is an annual wellness visit to ensure readiness for school, including immunizations needed to enter or stay in school. It does NOT cover evaluation for participation in sports.
- Medicare, Medicaid and most Commercial Insurance Accepted.
- Most insurance covers 100% of student physicals.

Skin cancer is the most common of all cancers, however, it is widely misunderstood. It’s assumed that because skin cancer has a very high survival rate, checking for it is a waste of time. However, the survival rate is impacted by prevention and early detection.

We know to call 911 if there is an emergency, and now we are spreading the word for 988, the new National Call number for suicide and crisis-related emergencies. The 988 number creates a simple, easy-to-remember, easy-to-reach pathway to mental health care when people need it most.
