As the association’s highest honor recognizing outstanding safety performance among NIA member companies, NIA's Safety Excellence Award applicants are evaluated anonymously based on the strength of their overall safety programs, communication practices, and safety policies, with recognition available at the Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze levels. Each participating company also receives a customized Safety Training Analysis Results (STAR) Report™.

Premier Industry Manufacturer™ Award

OSHA Safety Update: Prepare Your Workplace for Emergencies

September is peak hurricane season and National Preparedness Month, making it a good time to review your workplace emergency plans. Having an evacuation plan in place can help employees know what to do, where to go, and what resources or equipment they may need should an emergency occurs.
