Relief Program

California has increased rental assistance payments to 100% for eligible renters who've been impacted by COVID-19 and need help paying bills. Critical eviction protections have also been extended through September 30, 2021.

The Westside Community Development Corporation can assist you in determining eligibility, providing application assistance, and even has computers you can use!

Sidewalk Repairs

Safe Sidewalks is a repair reimbursement program to help expedite repair needs in Ventura's residential areas.

Repair reimbursement costs are:

  • 50% (up to a maximum of $2,500) per resident property frontage.
  • 75% for income-qualified residents (up to a maximum of $3,750) per property frontage.

The deadline to apply is March 30, 2022.
