✨ HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY

As we celebrate Independence Day, we reflect on the freedoms we cherish and the soldiers and families who protect them. At the Army Scholarship Foundation, we’re honored to support the children and spouses of U.S. Army soldiers through educational scholarships — turning sacrifice into opportunity.

Thank you for standing with us in this mission and for making a difference in the lives of military families.

Veterans United Foundation Grant

ASF was honored to receive a $5,000 grant from the Veterans United Foundation, an employee-funded organization committed to supporting military and veteran causes.

We are grateful for their belief in our mission to empower the educational dreams of Army families.

Alicia attended the Military Order of the World Wars Golf Challenge, supported by the Plano and Richardson Rotary Clubs. Proceeds supported youth leadership initiatives and nonprofit veteran organizations — including ASF.

Run for our Heroes

Alicia represented ASF with a booth at the13th Annual 1LT Robert F. Welch III Run For Our Heroes in Wylie, TX. Proceeds from the event benefited military veterans, first responders, and their families. The organization was established by Rob's widow Becky to preserve his memory after he was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2011.

100th Birthday of Medal of Honor

Recipient Audie Murphy

ASF participated together with the Association of the US Army in celebrating the 100th birthday of Medal of Honor Recipient Audie Murphy at the Audie Murphy museum in Greenville, Tx.

250th Army Birthday

Rose Gault and Alicia were honored to attend the celebration of the U.S. Army’s 250th birthday at the Frontiers of Flight Museum in Dallas.

They connected with Vietnam veteran and author Gene Pugh and heard inspiring remarks from Major General (Ret.) Viet Luong, whose stories reflected the courage, sacrifice, and service of generations of American soldiers.

Jeff joined the Audie Murphy North Texas Chapter of AUSA at Fort Worth City Hall to mark the U.S. Army’s 250th birthday in a powerful community celebration.

With city leaders, veterans, and supporters in attendance, the event featured a formal proclamation and a ceremonial cake cutting — honoring the legacy, sacrifice, and strength of Army service past and present.
