Feedback on Family Medicine Plus

We need for your help! Take a couple of minutes to share your feedback about how the first half year of Family Medicine Plus is going. Feedback from family physicians and other specialists are welcomed!

  • How FM+ is helping you deliver better access to, and quality of, care for your patients
  • Patients who finally were attached to a family doctor
  • Existing family physicians who have come back to longitudinal primary care practice because of FM+
  • Early career family physicians who chose to practice primary care in Manitoba because of FM+
  • Specialists who have noticed how improved primary care is impacting their practice

Send your feedback to practiceadvice@doctorsmanitoba.ca.

Of course, we also want to hear about any aspects of FM+ that aren’t working well for you too!
