When 14 Finch 1.0 robots were gifted to Nzingha Nommo, owner of Afriware Books, Co, she indicated that she felt an honorable obligation to share them with the community. After asking around to find a location to host a class she designed called, "Intro to Robotics and Black Inventions," Rock of Ages Baptist Church in Maywood was a willing participant able to offer the rental space at their T. H. Wade Foundational Center located at 1405 Madison St. Maywood IL, 60153. "We are simply thrilled and thankful that Rock of Ages recognizes the importance of exposing our young people to practicing technical skills at an early age." We've updated our link with the corrected form access to an online only class, AND, a class that meets at "The Rock" on Saturdays, and online on Wednesdays. We encourage you to sign up today.
