  • Copilot Leaving WhatsApp

Starting January 15, 2026, Microsoft Copilot will no longer be available on WhatsApp due to changes in WhatsApp’s platform policies.

If you’ve been using Copilot there, don’t worry, your AI companion isn’t going away.

You can continue chatting with Copilot on the mobile app (iOS and Android), on the web at copilot.microsoft.com, and on Windows, with even more features like Copilot Voice, Vision, and Mico.

If you want to keep your past conversations, be sure to export your WhatsApp chat history before January 15, 2026, since it won’t transfer automatically.

  • Faster, Cleaner File Explorer in Windows 11

In a future update, Microsoft is improving File Explorer in Windows 11 by preloading it for quicker launches and decluttering the right‑click context menu.

This means you’ll spend less time waiting for File Explorer to open and enjoy a simpler, more streamlined menu when managing files.

To benefit from these changes, make sure your system is updated through Settings > Windows Update.

Check out these Cool Tips & Tricks for Windows 11:

  • Clipboard History: Access your recent copied items for quick reuse. Press Windows + V to open the Clipboard history panel.

  • Turn History On: Enable clipboard history to track multiple copied items. Go to Settings > System > Clipboard and toggle Clipboard history on.

  • Sync Across Devices: Share clipboard content between Windows devices. In Clipboard settings, turn on Sync across devices.

  • Use Clipboard in Edge: Paste copied content directly into Edge’s address bar or fields. Right-click and choose Paste, or press Ctrl + V.

  • Pin Important Items: Keep frequently used clipboard entries from being auto-deleted. In Clipboard history, click the pin icon next to the item.

  • Copy Without Formatting: Paste plain text without unwanted styles. Use Ctrl + Shift + V in supported apps to paste unformatted text.

  • Clipboard Shortcut Tip: Speed up your workflow with keyboard shortcuts.
  • Use Ctrl + C to copy,
  • Ctrl + X to cut, and
  • Ctrl + V to paste.

(originally published November 27, 2024)

Ever copied sensitive information only to worry later about it sitting in your clipboard?

Whether it's passwords, private messages, or important data, keeping your clipboard clean is crucial for maintaining security and efficiency.

The clipboard is a handy tool for temporarily storing information you copy or cut, but leaving sensitive data in the clipboard can pose a security risk.

Here's how to do it.

Using Clipboard History:

  1. Press Windows key + V to open the Clipboard history.
