Greetings!

We hope you enjoyed a great Labor Day weekend! As we turn the page to September, we’re excited to kick off the season with our upcoming Networking Night at WDC Kitchen & Bath on Thursday, September 18. It’s the perfect opportunity to connect with colleagues, make new contacts, and learn more about how our Professional Women in Building Council (PWB) is helping strengthen the future workforce in the Coachella Valley through their scholarship program.

Looking ahead, don’t miss the NAHB Build-PAC Breakfast on Tuesday, October 21 at The Classic Club. With timely topics like Turning Political Winds into Builder Wins, Bringing National Strategies for Local Impact, and Forecasting Fannie, Freddie and the Fed, this event promises valuable insights for our industry. Space is limited—so be sure to register today!

Here’s to making it a productive and inspiring September together.

Sincerely,

Gretchen Gutierrez

Chief Executive Officer, DVBA
