It's time for a deep breath. School has started, routines are (mostly) falling back into place, and hopefully some of the initial beginning-of-the-year jitters have started to fade. That said, kids are still adjusting to a new classroom and new dynamics — this is a great time to check in with your child and see where they could use some extra help over the coming weeks and months. If your child could use support with both friendship skills and emotional regulation, we have a group that does double duty.

Introducing Coping and Connecting

This is where social skills and coping skills come together. Kids build friendship skills, emotional regulation, anxiety management, and stress management side by side — so no matter what your child needs, this group meets them where they are.

We help kids take coping skills out of the toolbox and practice using them in real, in-the-moment social situations — building confidence, flexibility, and stronger connections with others along the way.

What Group Time Actually Looks Like

Our groups are creative, inventive, and dynamic. Think: games, teamwork challenges, and hands-on projects and activities. Kids are having fun while they work on skills, which means they're also generalizing those skills in real time, not just talking about them.
