The Waterloo Public Library and the other Black Hawk County libraries are thrilled to announce Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library registration is now open! This program is open to all children who reside in Black Hawk County starting from birth up to age five. This is a book gifting program that mails FREE, quality books to registeredchildren each month.
