Tim Tebow Is Our Gala Speaker!

Hi Benjamin,

In the first 100 days of Louisiana without abortion, 1,712 babies have been protected! The abortion businesses have announced they are leaving the state, the Shreveport facility is up for sale, and we are collaborating with pregnancy centers and adoption agencies to ensure women find the support they need.

To celebrate these pro-life victories, we are excited to announce that TIM TEBOW will be our 2023 Proudly Pro-life Gala speaker on Saturday January 14th!

Tebow proudly shares his personal pro-life story of his mother rejecting abortion after doctor's said her pregnancy was a tumor and would put her life at risk.

Tebow told attendees of the March for Life in 2021 more about his mother's courage: "All the doctors said, 'You need to have an abortion. You need to get rid of him. You need to get rid of him. But she decided that she was gonna trust God [and keep the baby], even when the doctors said it could, it might cost her her life.

You can hear Tebow and be a part of our epic celebration of pro-life victory by purchasing a table or individual tickets! The Gala will be held at the New Orleans Convention Center.

Thomas Announces New Role

Friend of Life, It has been a tremendous blessing to serve as Louisiana Right to Life' Associate Director. I have accepted a full-time position with NIFLA, a pro-life law firm for pregnancy centers.

However, I will stay involved with LARTL, serving as the liaison with the Louisiana Pregnancy Center Coalition. Louisiana Right to Life has always had a special place in my heart, and even more so now that I have seen, first-hand, the depth of the programs and the tremendous impact of the work state-wide.

This is an amazingly dedicated and talented staff who will continue to light to way to a pro-life Louisiana. Please increase your prayers and support of this great work of which we are all blessed to be a part! For Life, Angie Thomas J.D.

Jefferson Parish is giving $100,000 to Community Center for Life, a Gretna pregnancy center!

Jefferson Parish council member Marion Edwards said the following about the center: "My experience with them over the years is that they’ve done an outstanding job in dealing with women who really don’t have anybody to help them through these processes."

Thanks Councilman Edwards and Jefferson Parish for helping moms and babies through this amazing grant!

In an article by Kathryn Jean Lopez in the New Orleans Advocate, and in papers across the country, she explains that Lifemark addresses tough questions and is a movie for everyone.

She writes: "It reminds us of people often forgotten about in our society, and examines how their choices in times of crisis can ripple through generations..."

This past weekend pro-lifers took to the streets in peaceful prayers advocacy in Life Chains across the state. KNOE TV covered the Life Chain in Monroe hosted by Ouachita Right to Life! There is still one left in Covington!
