Bottom Line Up Front: On 22 August, the Russian Air Force announced that it had destroyed Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) underground drone facility in Idlib, Syria. Organizations such as Islamic State, Jund al-Aqsa, Houthi Movement (Ansarallah) and HTS are among non-state actors who use weaponized drones. Mexican drug cartels have been experimenting with weaponized drones too but to date they have yet to do so successfully. Besides the organized groups who have been utilizing drones, of particular concern are the small cells and lone wolf reports of modifying commercially available drones for attacks. One recent example occurred on 29 July 2020, when Hisham Muhammad, modified the “release mechanism” of a commercial drone to plot attacks in the name of Islamic State in Manchester, England. As commercial drones become more advanced and the use of drones as delivery mechanisms for retail purchases become more commonplace, so the do the opportunities for malicious actors to transform them into weapons of terror.

TRAC INCIDENT REPORT: Mike Enoch (Peinovich) Releases Campaign Video for New Pro-White Political Party “National Justice Party” Celebrating Charlottesville United the Right Rally - United States |
Self-professed Party Chairman, Mike Enoch, delivers speech to an unknown number of audience members from a windowless barn at an undisclosed location on 15 August 2020. In the speech, Enoch directly states that the “National Justice Party” is representative of White Nationalists and the party was created because the GOP does not represent the white man's interests. Enoch also speaks derogatory towards Jews, minorities and homosexuals who will not be welcome in the “National Justice Party”. Mike Enoch founded the The Right Stuff podcasts series (more commonly referred as "TRS"), the group and its members are examples of those trying to produce stochastic terrorism with their content. The term "stochastic terrorism" is defined as "using language and other forms of communication to incite random acts of violence that are "statistically predictable but individually unpredictable." The extreme racists circles on Telegram mock Enoch's attempt to go main stream, predicting they will be infiltrated and arrested by the FBI. It should be noted that majority of the most popular Telegram channels do not believe that there can be a political solution for the white man, nothing less than a total collapse and rebuild will resolve the minority and Jewish problem.

TRAC INCIDENT REPORT : Suspected ASG/ISEA Twin Bombings (IED Hidden Inside Parked Motorcycle & Female Suicide Bombing) Target Retail Area on Serantes Street in Barangay Walled City, Jolo Town, Sulu, Philippines |
On 24 August, at 11:53 am local time, a motorcycle that was parked next to a grocery store, Paradise Food Plaza on Serantes Street in Barangay Walled City, metro Jolo exploded. The grocery store as well as a computer shop and two military vehicles suffered extensive damage. Eyewitnesses remember seeing a man park the motorcycle. A little over an hour later, at 1:00 pm local time, the military responding to the bomb blast were targeted with a suicide bomber also on Serantes Street as the motorcycle. Eyewitness accounts report that the suicide bomber was female wearing a burka. At least 14 people were killed in the twin bombings: seven soldiers, a Special Action Force commando policeman and six civilians. The bombings are most certainly the work of Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG / ISEA) who have been embedded in Jolo since before pledging to Islamic State.

In the community of Rincón de Tamayo , bags of human remains were found along with a hand-written warning to "El Yeyo" and signed by "El Azul." "El Azul" is the name to one of Sinaloa Cartel's "Top Three." It was reported in 2014 that he had died of a heart attack and related complications from injuries from a car accident. Recent reports name "El Azul" as "El Marro's" successor and TRAC has not yet determined or identified the person signing this new message as "El Azul." Authorities have not yet released any information regarding the identification of the human remains. Since the arrest of José Antonio Yépez aka "El Marro", the leader of the Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel, violence in the state of Guanajuato has increased, with some of the more gruesome acts being in connection with turf wars. With "El Marro" behind bars, Guanajuato is regarded as vulnerable and up for grabs by other cartels, particularly by rival cartel, the Jalisco Nueva Generacion Cartel (CJNG).
