October Emerging Leaders Event
|
TSMA hosted a virtual emerging leaders event on October 23rd with four emerging leaders in attendance from different manufacturing departments (quality control, machining, customer service, and production management). The conversation was inspiring and full of fresh perspectives. Discussion focused on identifying workplace efficiencies, how the current state will influence manufacturing's future, and how to introduce and engage youth about manufacturing careers. The TSMA board now has new ideas to entertain. Manufacturers - please send emerging leaders to these events in the future!

Historically, manufacturing businesses have relied on tradeshows to attract business. Even post-pandemic, more and more of the buying process will be done online, with many decision-makers having grown up in the internet age. Far more selling is being done virtually . Just as business travel and face-to-face selling are diminishing, so too is the interest in print material. Your presence on TSMA.org can be enhanced to increase leads to your sales team. Contact Becky, Communications Director, with questions.
