Ridgely will help leaders strengthen their ability to attract and retain employees by understanding and leveraging the power of Authentic Messaging and the use of their WHY in their messaging. Participants will leave with specific tools, templates and formulas, as well as the clarity of how to use them in all of their marketing immediately after the session, with both their existing team members and new prospects.
