Korean Center, Inc. (KCI)'s Annual Chuseok Festival is the Bay Area's largest public event celebrating, showcasing, and promoting Korean culture, cuisine, music, arts, and community. The CARE Ambassador program is a volunteer opportunity by the CARE Registry, open to high school students, college students, and recent undergrad graduates. . Vietnamese Insights into Cognitive Aging Program (VIP): Objectives, study design, and cohort description

Our study, the Vietnamese Insights into Cognitive Aging Program (VIP), explores early life adversity and war-related trauma among older Vietnamese Americans in Northern California. Dr. Oanh Meyer (CARE Site PI) serves as the principal investigator for this study, with Dr. Van Ta Park (CARE Multiple PI) as the Site PI.

Discrimination Experiences among Asian American and Pacific Islander Adults during the COVID-19 Pandemic and Their Association with Mental Health Outcomes: Updated Findings from the COMPASS Study
|
|
|
The updated findings from our study, COVID-19 Effects on the Mental and Physical Health of Asian Americans & Pacific Islanders Survey Study (COMPASS), explores the ongoing impact of discrimination on mental health among AANHPI communities. Analyzing data from COMPASS I and COMPASS II, it was found that persistent discrimination is linked to worsening mental health outcomes. Dr. Van Ta Park (CARE Multiple PI) is the PI for this study.
