Open House Feedback

Thank you for joining us for Open House! We’d love to hear about your experience. Your feedback helps us understand what worked well and where we can improve so we can continue to better serve our students and families. This brief survey should take just a few minutes to complete.

Drop-Off and Pick Up Information

To help keep traffic moving safely and efficiently, students who do not drive may be dropped off at Door #1 or Door #14 in the morning. Please do not use Door #4 near the Activities Complex (AC) for morning drop-off. Parents picking up students after Zero Hour wait in this area, and additional traffic can cause unnecessary congestion.

For afternoon pick-up, parents may line up at Door #1, Door #4, or Door #14, or park in any available parking space. Please form only one line at each door to keep traffic flowing and allow vehicles to move safely through the parking lots.

Please see the maps below for reference. Thank you for your patience and cooperation during these busy times!

Ordering:

Once pictures are completed they will be uploaded to a dedicated gallery for your review within 48 hours. You can access your gallery using your private access code. An email containing your access code will be sent out from Iseman Photography when the gallery is ready. The email message should go to every parent or guardian. If you do not receive your access code email in your inbox, be sure to check your bulk or spam folder for any message from Iseman (or Photoday) with the access information you'll need. If you didn't get a message you can contact Iseman Photography at wichitaphoto@gmail.com to get yours.

Special FREE SHIPPING offer - you can purchase an AdvancePay credit before the gallery is published. This credit can be used toward your eventual picture order. Any credit purchase above $35 will earn FREE SHIPPING (approx $7 savings) on your order. If you do not use all of your credit, it will remain on your account and you can use it toward future Iseman orders for sports, drama, activities, groups, ceremonies and graduation. You can purchase the credit by texting PREPAYMENT to 90738. Please refer all questions to Pete at wichitaphoto@gmail.com

How the image hosting will work throughout the year. Iseman Photography keeps an overall gallery that acts as a repository for all images captured throughout the year. Any image they capture with your student's face will automatically be gathered to your specific private gallery. The access code above will grant you access to this gallery throughout the year. Iseman also created dedicated galleries for each season and event (i.e. fall sports, winter sports, clubs and groups, spring sports and graduation). These dedicated galleries will have image specifically from that event if you'd prefer to view them as a team rather than in your private gallery. The access codes for these will be as follows. Just text any of these codes to 90738 once those galleries are created and published.

Fall Sports access code will be BCFALL27

Winter Sports access code will be BCWINTER27

Spring Sports access code will be BCSPRING27

Club and Groups access code will be BCCLUBS27

Graduation activities access code will be BCGRAD27

If your student is involved in sports and activities and/or will be graduating, you may be interested in the Digital All package. You can purchase the digital all package and receive all of your images from throughout the year for one set price. You can purchase it now directly through Iseman (purchase via venmo, credit or check) and then request any images that populate your private gallery throughout the year. To purchase this opportunity, contact Pete directly at wichitaphoto@gmail.com

New Cell Phone Policy Begins This School Year

As a reminder, Bishop Carroll's new Cell Phone and Personal Electronic Device Policy will take effect at the start of the 2026–2027 school year. We encourage all parents and students to review the policy before the first day of school so everyone understands the new expectations.

To prepare for the school year, families will need to:

  • Review the new cell phone policy.

If your student will be bringing a phone into school.

  • Print/Sign the required Cell Phone Agreement
  • Purchase the required phone-locking pouch

Families may complete the agreement and purchase a pouch:

  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. in the Bishop Carroll Front Office, or
  • During Open House on Tuesday, August 11.

Please note that a physical copy of the Cell Phone Agreement must be signed by both the student and parent/guardian before a pouch can be issued. Thank you for helping us ensure a smooth transition to the new policy.
