5 Days of Givemas: Supporting the Acorn Fund

December 1, 2025 marks the kickoff of Phase 4 of our Acorn Fund and it’s arriving at the perfect time, right in the middle of GAgives Day and Giving Tuesday!

To celebrate this season of generosity, we’re excited to launch St. Benedict’s 5 Days of Givemas! From December 1–5, 2025, we’ll be spreading joy across our community with special surprises.

Join us on Facebook Live each day at 12:00 P.M. to catch the daily giveaway announcement and celebrate with our community. Every day, we’ll randomly select one family to receive a very special surprise!

Lessons and Carols Chapels

Join us for this beloved, decade-long St. Benedict’s tradition featuring Scripture readings woven together with beautiful musical selections that tell the story of Christ’s coming into the world.

As we approach the Christmas break, please note the adjusted Chapel schedule for Wednesday, December 10, 2025:

• 8:20 A.M. - Final 4th & 5th Grade Chapel before break
• 9:15 A.M. - Final PS/Kindergarten Chapel before break (including December Birthday Blessings!)

There will be no Chapel on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 and Thursday, December 18, 2025.

Christmas Break with Stingers Unplugged

If you need care for your child on Friday, December 19, 2025 or Monday, December 22, 2025 the first two days of Christmas Break, register for Christmas Stingers Unplugged! Registration is required for all students who attend these days (regardless of aftercare registration), and will be open until December 18, 2025. Stingers Unplugged will be offered from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., and a half-day option is available. You may register for just one day or both days of the break.

There will be an extra special visitor the morning of Friday, December 19, 2025: SANTA CLAUS! Santa will read with the students and take photos with everyone. Don't miss out on this fun day!

IMPORTANT REMINDER

Stingers Squad aftercare will close early, at 4:00 P.M., on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, to allow Stingers Squad staff to attend St. B’s faculty and staff holiday party.

Drivers Needed for Spring Semester Backpack Buddies

Each week, our middle schoolers pack food bags that are delivered to a nearby elementary school. This past semester, parents provided tremendous help by signing up to pick up supplies and deliver food bags to the school - thank you to all who helped!

Spring 2026 Extended Care and Clubs

Registration for Spring semester Extended Care and Enrichment Clubs is now open. Registration must be completed no later than December 12, 2025 to be guaranteed a spot in the Stingers Squad program for Spring semester 2026. Additional information has been provided to all families directly by email.

Preschool Spirit Day - Deck the Halls!

Preschool will be having a Christmas Spirit Day on Friday, December 5, 2025! Show your holiday cheer by dressing in your most festive Christmas attire.

Think red and green outfits, Christmas-themed hats, cheerful headbands, fun holiday socks, and other merry accessories.

We can’t wait to see all of our little Stingers in their fun and festive looks.

Please remember: No one-piece outfits and please make sure all outfits are bathroom/diaper friendly.

Weekly Chapel Services

Join us! Parents and visitors for all 1st-8th grade chapels may park at the Hive or South Campus. PS/K families are asked to attend only when their child has a birthday blessing or serves as a Chapel helper--you'll hear from your child's teacher!

Chapel uniforms are required beginning in Kindergarten. Don't forget to tuck in your shirt and wear a tie! Sweater vests are required for grades 5th-8th.
