Our Focus on W.A.S.H. Standards

Following W.A.S.H. objectives is at the very heart of all our work. WASH is a global concept relating to WATER, SANITATION and HYGIENE, aspects that are crucial to human health and well-being. When we adopt a school, we install RO systems so our students enjoy potable water, taps for washing their hands, and clean water for the kitchen. We also install gender-based toilets. 

Water is tested on a regular basis and the infrastructure is properly maintained and secured. Teacher-led education and instruction on Health & Hygiene is key!

Promoting Lifelong Learning

At Carnevali schools, we support students from Pre-K to High School and offer scholarship programs for our ‘Rising Stars’ to help them pursue higher studies.

We also offer Adult Literacy Programs, with the goal of empowering women to transform their lives and their communities.

From cultural programs to after-school tutoring, from library lessons to sewing classes – over the years, we have embraced a broad, lifelong learning model.

At the Carnevali Foundation we don’t just build schools

Our work at the Carnevali Foundation extends well beyond the physical infrastructure that we build. As our updated Mission states, our goal is to Transform Communities – One School at a Time! This translates into providing more than physical classrooms.

What is a school without books or libraries? What are graduates without the opportunity to pursue higher studies? Why should adults be limited to remaining illiterate?

Growing and expanding our reach beyond India
