What is this about?

A 197 (was 198 in February) single family home development Change in Conditions rezoning application is on the schedule for the Planning Commission Public Hearing on Tuesday night. The applicant seeks changes in conditions to the 2015 zoning approval for no more than 195 lots. The applicant seeks additional homes, removal of stormwater cisterns, reduction in square footage of homes and reduction in quality of building materials for homes

How can I help?

There are 2 ways you can help!

• Ideally, please attend the Planning Commission Public Hearing wearing red shirts if at all possible!

• If you aren't able to attend, please EMAIL the Planning Commissioners listed below asking them to KEEP the original conditions for the zoning as they were accepted by the very same property owners in 2015!

Suggested subject line:

Case: CIC-2025-00005 Please table or recommend denial during the May 6th Public Hearing!

Please be respectful to the Commissioners.

Include that you are asking them to stick to the original conditions that were set in 2015 to address the stormwater management needs that are unique to this site and the surrounding areas and protect the health of the Yellow River and surrounding watershed, including Lake Lucerne. Please phrase this in your own words!
