Cornerstone would like to extend our sincere appreciation to you—our network—for your continued engagement and participation in our programs. In 2025, we continued to deliver a robust number of in-practice programs, we broadened our market research capabilities through Advisory Boards and Peer-to-Peer Insight programs, continued to grow our Challenging Cases offering, and we successfully launched our Clinical Investigations initiative. We enjoyed our time together at our Spring and Fall Live Summit meetings discussing the viability of community oncology, providing opportunities for interactions with strategic pharma industry partners, and supporting peer-to-peer connections.

ďťżAs we look ahead to 2026, Cornerstone Specialty Network remains committed to delivering high-quality, meaningful solutions for Community Oncology. We plan to further strengthen our network of 60+ unique practices, introduce new data-driven and Clinical Investigation projects, and continue evaluating additional value-added services. Our goal is to evolve in ways that consistently provide VALUE to you—our community-based oncology practices—so that you can continue to maximize the quality of care you provide to your patients. We look forward to a great year!

CORNERSTONE STANDARDIZATION & RESEARCH

Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is an aggressive hematologic malignancy characterized by the clonal proliferation of immature myeloid cells in the bone marrow, leading to impaired hematopoiesis and cytopenias. Management of AML has evolved significantly with the introduction of targeted therapies which are increasingly adopted in frontline settings, reflecting a shift toward precision medicine. A recent Cornerstone Specialty Network survey (Q3-2025) of over 100 U.S.-based community oncologists revealed both the promise and the hurdles of treating patients with IDH1-mutated (mIDH1) AML. Respondents were mainly general hematologists / oncologists managing a modest volume of patients with AML, somewhat limiting exposure and experience to AML-specific and targeted therapies.
