Dear Neighbor,
Thank you for your continued patience as we progress on the Ocean Outfall Construction Project. We are committed to informing you about the latest developments and their impacts.
As we're nearing completion, crews will begin the tie-in for sewer services at Marina Park and Anchors Way between Schooner Drive and Beachmont Street:
- Nightwork is scheduled to start on Wednesday, December 4 at 7:00 p.m. and continue until Thursday, December 5, at 6:00 a.m.
- Daytime is scheduled from Thursday, December 5, at 7:00 a.m. until Friday, December 6, at 5:00 p.m.
Sidewalks and lane detours will be in place for safety.
What to expect:
- Trucks and equipment at Marina Park and on Anchors Way
- Lane detours, safety flaggers, and traffic delays.
Access and safety:
- Access will be maintained for businesses, emergency vehicles, and residences.
Please follow all construction signage and detours (including for vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles) as posted, and travel carefully near active work areas for safety.
